1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and RapidLander (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the RapidLander website and landing page design services.

By accessing our website, submitting a project brief, or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Services

RapidLander provides custom landing page design and deployment services. Our service includes:

• Strategic Discovery Brief review and analysis
• Custom landing page design based on your requirements
• Deployment to your chosen platform (Webflow, WordPress, or Framer)
• Up to 2 rounds of revisions (depending on your selected plan)
• 48-hour delivery commitment for first draft (business days)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Project Requirements and Client Obligations

To ensure successful project delivery, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in the Strategic Discovery Brief
• Submit all required assets (logo files, brand guidelines, copy/content, images) within 24 hours of payment
• Provide timely feedback during the revision process (within 48 hours of receiving drafts)
• Maintain active communication regarding project requirements
• Ensure you have legal rights to all content and assets provided to us

Delays: Failure to provide necessary assets or feedback within specified timeframes may result in project delays. We are not responsible for missed deadlines caused by client delays.

4. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and must be paid in full before project commencement. We accept payment through Stripe and other secure payment processors.

Pricing Tiers:

• Audit: $99 — Landing page analysis and recommendations
• Launch: $399 — Single landing page design and deployment
• Full Build: $599 — Multi-page website or complex landing page

Prices are subject to change. The price at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.

5. Refund Policy and Money-Back Guarantee

100% Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the first draft of your landing page, you may request a full refund within 7 days of delivery. No questions asked.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

• Once revision work has begun (after your approval of the first draft)
• If the project has been completed and delivered
• If you fail to provide required assets within 30 days of payment
• Audit reports that have already been delivered

Refund requests must be sent to design@rapidlander.com with your project details. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership Transfer: Upon final payment and project completion, all rights, title, and interest in the custom landing page design (excluding third-party assets and our proprietary framework elements) are transferred to you.

Our Rights: We retain ownership of:

• Our proprietary design frameworks, components, and methodologies
• Pre-designed elements and templates used as a foundation
• The right to showcase completed work in our portfolio (unless explicitly requested otherwise)

Your Content: You retain all rights to your brand assets, content, and materials provided to us. You grant us a limited license to use these materials solely for the purpose of completing your project.

7. Revisions and Approval Process

Revision Rounds: Depending on your plan, you receive up to 2 rounds of revisions. Each round allows you to request changes to the design, layout, or content.

Revision Scope: Revisions include:

• Color, font, and styling adjustments
• Layout modifications
• Content updates
• Minor design tweaks

Not Included: Complete redesigns, additional pages, or scope changes may incur additional charges.

8. Limitations and Disclaimers

No Guaranteed Results: While we strive to create high-converting landing pages, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, conversion rates, or sales performance. Results depend on many factors beyond our control, including your product, market conditions, traffic quality, and offer strength.

Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for:

• Downtime or issues with hosting providers (Webflow, WordPress, Framer)
• Domain registration or DNS configuration issues
• Third-party plugin or integration failures
• Changes made to the website after handover

Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or services. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RapidLander and its owner from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RapidLander shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific project in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Turkey.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
